I get it, 2020 has been a rollercoaster ride. And one of the worst parts was that travel was non existent and with no light at the end of this tunnel. It’s one thing to not have been able to travel but it’s a whole other monster not being able to plan for travel. (And for someone who usually thrives with the excitement and hope of counting them days until that next trip to wherever-it-May-be)
But if there was one thing I consistently learnt from all the years reading self help books (yes, I have a self help books problem! Any one else?) is that at the end of the day it comes down to mindset and feelings. Everything we want to be, do or have all comes down to how we inevitably want to feel.
Why would you love to visit _____ (enter your dream vacay here)? Why do you love travelling? How does travelling make you feel?
The good news is, if we dig a little deeper chances are we can feel all those feels.
