SHIPPING

All orders placed online are shipped via standard Canada Post service. Items shipped to the US takes anywhere between 3-8 business days and 1-7 business days within Canada. Please allow 2-3 days from date of purchase for items to be processed and shipped. If an item in your order is not available, or if there are any other problems with your order, we will contact you immediately via email.

SALES TAX

Sales taxes are not included in prices within Canada. Taxes are calculated according to the current tax rate of the province that appears in your billing address. No sales tax applies to all US orders.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

We at THEIT want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly return or exchange merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. Merchandise must be in perfect, unused or unaltered condition and returned with its original packaging and proof of purchase. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of both the returned item and its replacement. For your own benefit, please obtain tracking information and appropriate insurance coverage from your preferred shipping company. THEIT reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet refund policy requirements. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refunds or exchanges to be processed. All returns are subject to $15 restocking fee.
